These are our basic terms & conditions.  We could get all lawyery, but we just want to be plain and simple.

• All shipments are in 20' or 40' containers.
• Shipments pass title, freight and insurance costs at the Nicaraguan port of exit.
• Payment terms are cash against documents or Letter of Credit, depending on credit worthiness.
• Concentrate is shipped in 55 gallon septic containers.
